You agree to promptly update your registration information should any of it change. 365aca is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
Each individual is permitted to maintain one and only one active 365aca account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether in the same name or under different names — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus balances.

365aca may at any time require you to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before processing withdrawals, granting bonus activations, or allowing continued account use. Requested documents may include a government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.
An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has occurred within a period of 12 consecutive months. 365aca reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of up to ৳200 per month to dormant account balances after this period, subject to applicable law. You will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied. No inactivity fee will reduce an account balance below zero.

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 365aca does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations. 365aca reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
Once a deposit has been credited to your 365aca account and used for wagering, it is non-refundable. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your payment provider in respect of a legitimate 365aca deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of your account and recovery of any disputed amounts.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions issued by 365aca are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. Where an account is closed at 365aca's discretion for operational reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
